my 2 bed is upstairs own side entrance all large rooms needs new kitchen and due new front door this may be done before hand we have a small garden all fenced and paved with artificial grass own brick shed, the garden is split with neighbour below 1 female very quiet and nice loads of on street parking and outside primary school and no3 bus stop 5-10 mins to town centre 2 streets behind abbey swimming pool and rec 2 mins from Newmarket Road but set back in quiet area lounge/diner wood flooring bathroom own not council with tiled neutral and all solid new doors 1 bedroom carpet high pile neutral room 1 bedroom white wood floor white and blue room pets allowed we have 2 dogs and 4 kids so need a garden we work in st ives so would like closer over that way or 10-15 mins from there we look after our home needs minimal work and due a new kitchen which is massive if I was in circumstances to stay I would be putting an island in there. flat house or bungalow wanted
