2 bed Council Bungalow in Tiny Villahe Near York

I have a 2 bed bungalow in the tiny village of Rufforth, York. I will add more photos. Looking for 1 or 2 bed bungalow in Cornwall near the coast. My bungalow has 18 solar panels and a very low electricity bill. Heat exchanger outside. The outside of the bungalow is in good condition and has paths for disabled access. The inside needs decorating and needs carpets. I have fitted a hallway carpet. I am considering decorating the living room and fitting a living room carpet. Larger living room and kitchen doors have been fitted for wheelchairs. The shower room does not have a bath. Has electric shower. Air extractor in the hallway. There is also a large water heater tank but I keep it turned off. Lawns to the front and side, and a yard with raised beds and sticks, with a solid level path along the side of the house. (I am making composts and aiming to grow vegetables). New PVC front door fitted and the council have said they will get round to fitting a new kitchen/back door too. Room sizes: Living room: 4.6 x 3.2m (15’” x 10’6”) Main Bedroom 3.8 x 3.1m (12’5”x 10’”) Small bedroom: 3.2 x 1.9m (10’6” x 6’3”) Shower Room: 2.4 x 1.8m (7’10” x 5’10”) Kitchen: 3.4 x 3.2m (11’6” x 10’6”) The bungalow is a 1 minute walk from the village shop. There is a bus into town. There are 3 little county walks, and it’s opposite the big church. The little Methodist church has social mornings twice a week. I am looking to move back to Cornwall as I grew up there and used to fly model gliders from the South West Coastpath.
