The living room has a good size dinette area at the back which benefits from its own window. Most rooms have undergone redecoration this summer so it is ready to move into. The kitchen is a large galley style with door leading to a good size childproof back garden with hut. The property is set back from the road in a quiet cul de sac and has a small slabbed front garden. This is a secure tenancy with Edinburgh council. The house benefits from double glazing and gch throughout. I have lovely neighbours and have built a good relationship with them over 25 years but I would like a change in scenery as this is really a family area with a 2 primary schools and a high school close by also I really need a one level property or at least somewhere with a downstairs toilet. The house is also a 10 minute walk from the new RIE. The property is a 5 minute walk to Inch park and thus has Cameron Toll Shopping Centre very close by for all your shopping needs. I am disabled so definitely need parking in a new home.
