Hi there , I?ve stayed in this tower the past two years it?s a lovely flat mostly elderly live here so it?s pretty quiet i live on the 4th floor of the tower which is a cross from the shops and train station . I?m looking for a 2bedroom house with garden as my kids don?t like staying at the flat as you can imagine nothing for them to do so needing something suitable for them . But Overall the tower is great you have buzzer entry with built in cctv to show who?s buzzing you . It has lift & stair access , laundry room at the bottom of flat to do washings & drying etc, 6 days out of 7 there?s a concierge at the bottom Monday - Saturday 9-5pm there usually operating so the towers are well maintained . I?m open to offers but preferably cambuslang , Rutherglen , eastfield or east Kilbride area preferably a house with garden . Any questions don?t hesitate to contact me thanks .
