New build property in beautiful Whiteley

Brand new build , I moved in January 2021, it’s a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk from Whiteley shopping centre which has a Tesco superstore, five guys , Burger King, Nando’s chicken, and many many more takeaways/ restaurants, cinema, JD Spirts, Topman, Newlook, River Island, Next, Marks & Spencer’s , barbers, hairdressers, and many many many more shops and stores and is a few minutes drive from m27 which links you to Southampton (25 min drive) in one direction and Fareham and Portsmouth ( 10£15 minute drive respectively) in other direction. It’s located in a well to do area with parks and woods and is very quiet. The flat itself is spacious, still has that new feel , grey carpets, white walls, grey flooring in kitchen so very up to date in design in a 6 or 7 apartment block and the rest of area is private housing , a school 30 seconds walk away yet you can’t hear the kids at lunch break as it’s over a hill . It’s honestly a beautiful area and I only want to return to the island due to serious health diagnosis so want to be near my family if you get my drift.
