I have a three bedroom end terraced house in Dalbeattie, front room and kitchen are upstairs, middle floor is the wetroom and the smallest bedroom but can easily fit a small double bed with room to walk around, has a small cupboard and built in shelves, on the lowest floor is a further two bedrooms one with a built in wardrobe, the other has enough space for two separate single beds and plenty of space to play, has two large storage cupboards one by the downstairs bedrooms and one in the wet room. Nice quite area nursery, primary and secondary school all in the same building 5 mins walk from the house as well as doctors shops and bus stops, I've had no need for my car since I moved here, neighbours are all lovely, house has a drive way for one car and front and back gardens the back garden backs onto a green space with a park. Views of the river trees so makes doing the dishes a little more interesting 😂
