2 bed room need a 2 bedroom or 3 with separate living room and kitchen

I have a new build flat. Lino flooring though out! The 2 bedrooms have carpet, Living room and kitchen is openplaned joint together. Shared shut of garden with trampoline, bike shed. Lovely neighbours! Very understandable and Kind. Has huge double door storage in the hallway. I don’t mind a 2 bedroom if the living room is away from the kitchen so I can turn the living room into a bedroom, but would really like a 3 bed plesse . I have 7 year old girl . 8 month old baby and 14 year old son. The 14 year old has his own room and I share with the girls and my husband sleeps on the sofa but flat is very small for us all :(
