Hi, I have a 4 bedroom property one bedroom downstairs but is let as a 4 bed. It's a council property, with a massive garden in the lu54 area. We have 2 large bedrooms and 2 singles a good sized living room and kitchen too, also have a separate bathroom/toilet, house is carpeted upstairs with new lino downstairs, also panneling in the living room. 10min walk to two primary schools and a high school,also local shops takeaways etc within the same distance, bus service to town and Luton. Rent is £229 per week. I have 5 children so another 4 bed property is a must. Wanting to stay localish maybe one of the surrounding villages but not to far as I am not wanting to change the children's schools, not overly keen on condition. Thanks for looking.
