A semi-detached first-floor maisonette with front and back garden. and a small balcony. lovely and quiet cul-de-sac and lovely neighbors. 20 minutes walk to Hertford town center and 20 mins walk to ware. close to Hertford East train station. close to shops and amenities. next to Wheatcroft Primary School (5 minutes walk). We have a very large garden at the back of the house (side access). I am on the process of tidying it as best as I can but I am not a gardener, so I will do my very best to make it look presentable. there are two sheds in the garden. (One small and one big). We really need to swap to be closer to my daughters' school in the sele farm and the Bengeo area. Please answer me when I write to you so I know not to waste anybody time. Thank you.
