Looking for a smart nice 1 bed flat

I live in a nice one bed flat in Exeter city center.the high street is close you can walk into town.if you drive there’s a parking space for your car and a pass for your friends or family to park. It’s ground floor with a space outside the French doors where you could put pots of plants ect.unfortunately you can’t have dogs or cats here I would like to move to somewhere that allows pets a garden or a outdoor space.I would like to move to a nice clean well maintained flat don’t need parking somewhere with access to public transport
