I have a 2 bed ground floor flat in tan y bryn.2 decent size bedrooms, a large living room/dining room, quite a small kitchen but good cupboard space, a lovely modern bathroom with a bath with shower the toilet room is separate, 2 decent size storage cupboards. Your own front/back door and the main door. It's a lovely flat but I would really like to be closer to my mother who lives near Ysgol tryfan looking for a 2/3 bed of any kind in that area ideally if it's a flat a ground floor would be better as I have a baby so would be easier with the pram thankyou
