Two bed ground floor flat, with garden which is gated and coded off for security, double glazing, central heating, carpeted, new kitchen in 2021 new bath last year, separate kitchen to living room, new front door last year, buzzer entry system, only 4 flats in build two each side, quiet neighbours both opposite and above are elderly and a nice couple other side above, garden is a nice size not small at all, 1 double bedroom which fits a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 chest of draws, desk,and bedside tables x2,1 bedroom fits double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and dressing table, 2 sheds one next to front door and one in communal garden down side of my garden and 4 cupboards by bathroom all a nice size, bathroom and kitchen are also a good size....flat has got carpets and are being recently decorated wanting to move for growing family (my eldest son has come home) wanting to swap asap,residential parking outside want 2/3 bed in Poole or Bournemouth must have garden
