2 bedroom apartment, alloa, forth river harbour.

We live in a new build 2 bedroom first floor flat down by the forth river in alloa. It’s a lovely flat with large bedrooms and fitted wardrobes, with a utility room in the hall for your washing machine and can also fit one of the small dish washers. With a good sized storage cupboard also in the hall. And a large open plan living room/kitchen. The bathroom has a combined bath and shower. The bedrooms are both carpeted and the hall/kitchen/living room has luxury wood effect thermal laminate flooring and the bathroom has charcoal tile effect vinyl. We have a shared bin store with a bike storage shelter, and a shared garden with 2 washing lines. There is also parking spaces at the back of the block. We are looking for a 2 bedroom bungalow for my 3 year old son as he is disabled and currently isn’t mobile apart from crawling in the house, so it is getting unbearable for us living with the stairs and all of his medical equipment in a flat. We are willing to accept a bungalow anywhere within clackmannanshire.
