Hello my name is Nicole, I am renting a 1 bedroom council flat on the 1st floor on Fitjohns Avenue. I have a balcony and my 1 bedroom flat is big and spacious and has lots of space to move around. Please do not be put off with the paper or tape on letter box on main front door I’ve had to do this for personal reasons. Bedroom also has paper on window as do not have curtains the idea is to keep out the sun. Residents here are very nice and you won’t get any trouble everyone keeps to themselves. Hampstead is a very safe area it has a private car park for guests, residents and can be used if needing repairs done and don’t want to worry about paying any permits. Central heating included in the monthly charges by Camden council electricity you need to sort out yourself but it’s run 24 hours a day no smart metre or pay as you go metre easy to set up and get sorted. Front door has a very secure lock system and bedroom same if wanting privacy and wishing to lock it balcony also is secure with bolts. Bathroom has a bath and shower head was like that when I moved in. Has a small storage room with hooks to hook up coats or anything you want to put in there. Separate kitchen separate living room and bedroom (It’s not a 1 bed studio or studio it’s a 1 bed proper flat. I’m looking for a 1 bedroom council flat ground floor with either a garden or shared, one where can let my dog out safely. I’m looking for the property to have either a walking in shower or a shower not a bath. I have a small dog due to my disabilities so need landlord to accept pets. Not bothered if flat is furnished or not I’m looking for central heating that is 24 hours a day scheme to be through council and pay monthly charges for that as I do now I do not want a pay as u go metre or pre paid metre electricity wishing to sort out as I have now. I have learning difficulties and physical disabilities that I walk with my crutches and have my small dog with me to support me. I’m looking for a flat similar to mine that has a residential or private parking can access use I do not want to buy permits to park in or around road area of property if have a car park like Mine please let me know. Due to my vulnerability and health issues I’m looking for a safe area like Hampstead for an example with good tenants looking to get a flat but not around smokers as I have health issues.
