Hi I have a 1 bed ground floor flat in Inverness with private entrance (only you have access to the front door) 2 bus stops on either side of the road from the front of the building going to and from town etc. 10-15 min walk to town centre, 5-6 mins on bus. 3 min walk to co op, b&m, farm foods and Poundland, 5 min walk to Lidl, 8 min walk to aldi. Council have informed me anyone wishing to swap needs to have medical grounds to be on the ground floor and I would have to swap for a suitable place with disabled access also as I have mobility issues. Looking to move to Avoch or anywhere on the Black Isle to be closer to family as I have no connection to Inverness and being unwell I need to be closer to them if and when I need help. Carpets will be removed prior to swap as I don?t see them fit for purpose , council put the worst quality thinnest carpet in. I have since updated the porch of the flat with proper floors
