We have a 3 x bed house. 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs, all double rooms. Large living room with nearly new flooring on ground floor. Large south facing garden gets sun all day long with raised patio area, garden is massive! Close to shops, bus stops, primary and secondary schools, good walks and parks. Plenty parking outside. Neighbours are great, we have lived here for 30 years, it's just too big now. I am looking for a 2 x bed newer build property with low maintenance garden, would possibly consider a new build flat but only if it has a garden and on ground floor. Looking for kirkintilloch or surrounding.
