I have a 2 bedroom 6th floor flat in cosham, 6th floor being a put off to many but there’s two lifts to enable you to reach the 6th floor with no worries. Both lifts accommodate wheelchair users & prams. Grey & white decor throughout with brand new thick grey carpets. Built in wardrobes in the larger bedroom. Lounge/diner with kitchen , good sized bathroom. Willing to leave any furniture for the next tenant & I’d also offer £500 as a thank you to the right exchange. Beautiful light fittings in both lounge & kitchen which cost over £200. Only reason I need to move is because my son can no longer share a bedroom with my daughter due to his health issues. I’m not bothered about decor in other peoples property & im not at all here to judge anyone’s home, I just hope I can find a swap / multi swap and we can all help each other find what we’re looking for.
