Bus routes to Edmonton, High Barnet and Mill Hill and 10 minutes walk to the 221 bus stop to Wood Green or Edgware. 34 and 125 bus route less than a 5 minute walk away. Excellent school catchment area. Closest stations are Arnos Grove, New Southgate and Totteridge and Whetstone. Very quiet neighbourhood
