Have 3 bedroom house in Shoreham by sea, looking for 2 bedroom flat on Ropetackle or Shoreham Beach

I have a really nice clean, semi detached three bedroomed housing association house in Shoreham in good decorative order, with walled front and back gardens. House has 2 parking spaces on driveway and is disability or wheelchair user friendly. The house is very close to good primary and secondary schools and shopping facilities. It’s approximately ten minutes drive to nearest beach. Pets are allowed (one dog or cat, I think) and the neighbours are lovely. I’m looking quite specifically for a two bedroomed flat, either at Ropetackle or on Shoreham beach. Doesn’t have to be disability friendly, but must allow one smallish dog. I’m specifically looking for somewhere with the ‘Right to buy’ facility as an option and preferably (but not absolutely) council owned. I’m not looking to actually move until at least March of this year, but I am open to ‘multi swap’ options and understand that these things probably take a while anyway, so just putting the feelers out, so to speak.
