Need to swap a 2 bed house, for a two bed house with garden.

I currently have a two bed house, located in south Croydon. I’m a 5 minute walk to the shopping centres centrale and whitgift. There are multiple schools within my area, and there are plenty of activities to do such as flip out. I have one double bedroom and one king size bedroom, I have a massive open plan living room. I have a medium size bathroom with a tub and shower. I have stairs. And a private communal garden. My house is privately gated so it’s very peaceful. Pets are allowed, but you would just need to notify the landlord. Subletting is also another bonus, which is granted where I live but again the landlord would be to be notified.
