Redditch or bromsgrove

I have a 2 bedroom corner house. Large front and rear garden . There is a work shed and a shed that has been converted into an occasional guest bedroom, fully insulated, plastered and carpeted it holds a double bed plus a desk., They can stay or be moved. Parking at the rear of property or side you can also use the back garden as I have a caravan in here at present. I am looking for a 3 bed as my son has returned home after privately renting for 5 years but the landlord put the rent up by ?150 . I also have a son at Cornwall university who has to come home in the holidays. So desperately need a 3 bedroomed property .
