Lovely 2 bed mid terrace house in a quiet cul-da-sac/ no through road. On offer: A fairly modern property with kitchen at the front and sitting room at the rear with double doors leading out to the garden. A large spacious hall, perfect for storing things under the stairs. Upstair we have 2 x large bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle. Both rooms are a good double. Medium sized garden at the rear with fences each side backing out onto a small woodland. Not overlooked at all. Parking out the front is a communal space with additional parking if needed. Lovely neighbours, very peaceful neighbourhood. Lovely location, close to Easebourne school & park - 5 mins walk the straight out onto fields/ woods when walking the other way. We need: A 3 bed house with a larger garden to cater for two growing boys. We would like to stay local for work & school but would consider neighbouring villages for the right property.
