I have a 3 bedroom upper 4 in a block with my own front door, very large back garden with a built in patio fenced off with a gate and also have the side part of the front garden. Good sized newly decorated kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. House is equipped with gch and dg windows. I�m only 5 min walk to balloch station and shops and bus stops all within a couple mins of walking away. Primary school is also 5 mins away and shops are a 15min walk away. Lived here for 11 years and never had any problems with neighbours etc, one of the best areas to live in but looking for a fresh start somewhere new.My house is in walk in condition and wouldn�t need anything done as it�s laminated throughout except the 12 stairs at the front door, would like something similar or a house but no high flats considered!
