Looking to upsize to a 2 bed flat or house.

Have a one bed, ground floor flat. Welwyn, Garden City, five minute walk to the town centre and train station. It is newly decorated in both the living room and the bedroom. As I have only just recently moved in. The kitchen is fine, ideally, it needs new flooring in the hallway. The bathroom is the last room that needs decorating. However, due to moving in recently I haven't finished this yet. All it needs is a touch of paint. This should be able to get done before moving. However, should you wish to have a different colour I can leave it not painted the colour I was going to put it. It does not have a shower it only has a bath I have been using an add on hose to the taps. There is loads of storage with three covers in the hallway which you can use them as wardrobes they are that reasonably sized. Having to upsize due to unexpected personal circumstances. Ideally looking to stay in Welwyn garden city however willing to other areas of close to town/train station as I work in London.
