Hi, I have 2 bed council house and need to swap for 3bed due to overcrowding. The area is quiet and close to public transport, shops and schools. Just off city road. House is suntrap with massive back garden. One room big the other single. Downstairs little hall, kitchen, front room and bathroom. Front can park a car. Must be willing to decorate (as I am too). I prefer S2 but not manor, S7, S11, S3 and burngreave. Please no time waisters
