Bathroom is good size with large cupboard for plenty storage. Decant size back kitchen with breakfast bar and cupboard for storage. Front porch on entrance for shoes and coats which has two doors. One leads to kitchen other to large living room with bay windows and original fire surround. Fully central heated. I absolutely love my property and the area as it is two minutes from sefton park. Greenbank and swing park at the end of the avenue. It is few minutes to smithdown road and larklane. Only reason I am wanting to move is it is under occupied so want to down size to a decant size two bed..would also take 3 bed if it was box room andno bedroom tax..interested in bungalows and houses
