Two bedroom modern apartment!

Good evening ladies and gents,my advertisement is based on my two bedroom apartment in south-end-on-sea the reason why I want to let it go is that I personally feel I'm getting to big for my house😅 Me and my son moved there when it was us both,now I have a 4 year old daughter she will be turning 5 next year and they cannot to be sharing the same room! Another point that I wanted to make was I feel the space wise it's getting tight such as the kitchen and front room is together don't get me wrong it is a nice place for couples,the same sex family or single but personally for an 11 year old boy and 4 year old girl NO NOT FOR ME. Benefits in living in southend is you are not far from the beach,your centerd in the high street You have shops: superdrug,whsmith,banks,postoffice,restaurants. What do I want? A three bedroom house or a nice apartment with a balcony/garden that will be lovely or if not at least a decent good enough size and each have their own space.
