My home is a double bedroom Semi detached home in a quiet cul de sac it has a down stairs toilet and another in the bathroom upstairs with an over head shower as well as the bath it is fully carpeted and has a living room which is big enough to take a dining room table and chairs there is a large cupboard in the living room under the stairs which will hold a great deal including sun loungers. It is decorated in neutral colours so someone can put their own stamp on it. The living room leads into the back garden which is paved and sectioned off for a small area of grass there is a small shed and edging in slate and small stones with plant pots. A small garden at the front and parking. It has a new boiler and central heating and has just had a complete electrical check and a new fuse box put in. It is an assured tenancy and the rent is £109.31 per week. I would like a property of a similar size and description either Willesborough Kent or the coastal area of New Romney Kent
