Hi I have a newly built large 2 king sized bedroom house which consists of a small front garden with your own parking bay outside the front door,a downstairs hallway with 1 bedroom and a WC leading into a livingroom/kitchen diner, with double patio doors leading out onto a large lawned back garden the property is situated in a small quiet crescent with friendly neighbours, close to all local amenities ie bus routes,Doctors surgery,schools,corner shops etc and I am about 5/10 minutes from onestop shopping centre Perry Barr.
