I am looking to swap a one bedroomed new flat for a one bedroomed cottage style house. My flat is a new development property on the 5 th floor (which is top floor) close to the river Don. The flat has Good vews and room sizes and the bus service is very good. I am willing to consider any cottage style house which has a small garden area and has good shopping opportunities. My flat has recently been decorated and in in a move in condition. My flat has a lift.
