i live in a two bedroom flat on the sea front opposite the pier in Herne Bay.It is a block of flats with 11 floors and restricted to over 55 year olds I am on the fourth floor with lovely side view of the sea.I have at my own expence installed a new kitchen [all electric] and a new shower room and toilet all tiled from floor to cieling.all the neighbours are frindly and the very good central heating comes in with the rent,so use as much as you like.No pets allowed in the block so plenty of peace and quiet.
