Looking for a swap for a house in whitstable

I have a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a block of 4 flats right next to Hampton primary school in herne bay 5 minute walk to the nearest co-op shop and all the local shops its a 10 min walk to the beach and park this flat is with a small bedroom and a big bedroom a medium sized kitchen and a small bathroom with a bath we have a perfect balcony overlooking the big shared garden that the neighbours don’t use ,there’s 12 step stairs and a 2 second walk to 2 different bus stops there is also a nursery next door which is perfect for anyone who has kids.
