I have a 3 bedrooms located at a very bubbly upcoming part of Hackney that's ideal for young families. I'm looking for a swap because my children are growing and need their own space. I'm only interested in 4 bedrooms ( or more) and thus will not respond to any offer of lesser bedrooms Downstairs:Kitchen,front room,balcony. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, toilet(separate) bathroom (separate), small storage room. There's a Primary school (Benthal Primary School)and an amazing nursery ( Rooftops Nursery) and a few GP practices. The location is amazing and you can be in London inner city in less than 30 minutes ( Rectory Road Station is 6 minutes walk away)and walking to Dalston Market can be achieved in less than 15 minutes. If you are very active and love nature then you'll love the Hackney Downs Parks which is also very near and perfect to keep the children busy. I love living in Hackney and would like to stay in the Borough or move somewhere near. I can't move outside of London because I take care of my elderly father who needs my resupport and live in London.However, I might consider a very good offer if this is close to London.
