Any coastline between Teignmouth and Dawlish. Up to a 3 mile radius, I need a ground floor with a garden as i want a pet and also because i need to have storage for my tools. I'm a painter and decorator, a private garden, grassed/ungrassed preferably, would prefer local to some supermarket of some kind or town please. I am a trader so that would be really useful. Close to some kind of transport is also useful. I'd like to be able to have a pet (cat/dog), hence the garden. I have an assured tenancy and would prefer the same your side.
