Lovely rural 2 bed semi

My house is set in the lovely Devon countryside backing onto a field of sheep! I have 2 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, lovely light lounge with patio doors onto a lovely garden. It is very peaceful here only birdsong to hear! The property is all electric economy 7 heaters and is key metered so no huge bills to find! I want to move closezr to my friends in nearby Buckfastleigh or can be Dartington or Totnes. I want a two bed also with garden and some outdoor storage if poss. I would like parking and for the property to be warm and cheap to run. Thank you
