Hi I have a 1 bedroom ground floor flat with a spacious lounge, double bedroom medium size kitchen and bathroom..the bus stop is round the corner which takes you straight in to town centre..or a 15 minute walk to farmfoods, Bedford college,and town centre my flat faces a communial area which is all grass it's really big and has a small park too ..it has double glazing, parking,intercom access..its a beautiful flat..the neighbor's are all lovely and friendly..all the windows have keys to lock windows ..post box is in corridor which also comes with your own keys..there are shops near by Dunelm B&M jolleys pet store subway..I have lived here for 10 years looking to move as I want to he closer to my family ..the flat is all electric there are storage/ panel heaters 2 in living room 1 in bedroom and 1 in my hallway and a small fan heater in bathroom ..I do have 2 cats so I am looking to move to a property that allows pets..you are allowed pets at this property but must fill in application form as I did when I first moved in no dogs sorry..I'm looking to move October/ November...Kempston would be ideal but dont mind any in Bedford 1 or 2 bed flat or house with a private garden or balcony would be great
