I have a lovely 3 bedroom house in Bournemouth within 2 minutes walking distance to Castlepoint shops and Schools etc. I have 3 double bedrooms, family bathroom upstairs with bath and overhead shower, I have a very large downstairs toilet thr can easily have a shower cubicle fitted as there?s so much room to install a shower cubicle in the downstairs toilet,,, I have a nice small well maintained back garden with a new large shed, paved area with a grass area at the back of the garden. I have a side gate from the back garden that leads to the front of my house. I have a driveway for 1 car to be parked outside on my driveway. I need to downsize to a 2 bedroom house, maisonette bungalow or a ground floor flat but I need a private sectioned garden as I have a dog so a garden is imperative (no communal gardens as my dog needs direct access to the garden from the front or back door at all times night and day. Please no time wasters? bedrooms need to be double bedrooms.
