I have the whole ground floor of a Victorian cottage, with private back garden and sole use of the area in front of the house. Landlord is Camden Council. 1 bedroom, separate living room, wetroom and eat in kitchen. The flat has big windows and gets loads of sun at the back in the morning and in front in the afternoon. The location is amazing, central but quiet, a short walk to all the bustle and amenities of Camden and Kentish Town, with pretty, laid-back Primrose Hill and Belsize Park on the doorstep, and Hampstead Heath a 10 minute walk. I am on the corner of a small street of shops, home to a twice-weekly street market, with GP, dentist & library within a minutes walk. Good transport links to the rest of London. I would like to move back to Bristol, preferably Clifton/Redland/Cotham and am looking for a property with no more than 10 steps to access, sole use of a garden and a bathtub. Permission for sole occupancy and to keep a dog required.
