House is 10 years old, it is situated at the end of a road which means there is no through traffic so the setting is quiet, my neighbours are lovely and I love my house but am having to move for work and family. There are good links to both London and Heathrow, even more so once the cross rail is complete. Hayes has recently been named an up and coming area, there are so many opportunities for work and lots of really good schools in the area. The house is nicely decorated throughout with wooden flooring, new carpets and nice vinyl flooring throughout. Two double bedrooms both really good sizes and one smaller room. The kitchen is large and can easily fit in a dining table and chairs. I have a very large table in there. The photos do not really do this property justice. I am happy to send more photos or videos if you want. The garden is a good size with a shed and tucked away at the back in another little covered seating area. There are two WC, a bath and shower.
