A 1st floor 2 bedroom flat in a 12 block apartment. Quiet with friendly neighbours. Parking on a small drive. No lift. Central heating. Bathroom and kitchen renovated 2015. Smaller bedroom is 9ft X 10 ft, (2.7 meters X 3.3 meters). large bedroom enough for a king-size bed and 7 feet of wardrobes. Sitting/diner has almost 8 foot wide window with deep window sill. Double glazed throughout. Close to transport, schools, shops and the well known Tooting markets with busy night life. Wimbledon stadium is within walking distance. Buses are frequent. Tube and train stations short bus rides away. I would prefer a 2 bedroom flat, house, place with as close to step free access as possible as stairs are my enemy due to MS. I wouldn't mind some adaptations but can work around this. I wouldn't mind a 55+ type of place.
