I have a 3 bedroom house on Kenton bar estate, on Ryal Walk, 2 large upstairs bedrooms , 1 medium downstairs bedroom , down stairs tiolet, separate dining area , large lounge , lots of storage space fairly big garden to the rear , grass , small grass area at the front of house , which is open , not fenced in , but a fence can be put up if you want one. I'm looking for one of the bigger properties in Kenton bar estate , either a 4 bed house or one of the town house style houses on he estate, so I'm looking for anyone here that wants to downsize to my 3 bedroom house
