looking to move to Bodmin or st. Austell

Lovely 1 bedroom first floor flat with own private front door, no flat above just one below, looks like a house from the outside, in the beautiful village of polruan, it was completely renovated just over a year ago so it had a new kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, lights, doors,fire alarms and top of the range electric heaters with smart memory,and newly painted all over, it's just up from the harbor as well as a pub, restaurant, sandwich shop, bakery, village shops, post office, drs. There's a primary school up the hill as well as a child's park . 2 bus stops one by the harbor and one just up the hill. There's no parking with my flat but there is 3 car parks and an additional one that opens up forthe summer , 2 being pay and display but you can get a residents permit or something like that I believe but I'm not sure as I don't drive , and one at the top of the hill being free, I absolutely love it here but I'm to far away from family and friends and need to be closer to them.
