I have a 3 bed in Moseley looking for a 4 bed house in Birmingham

I have a 3 bed house with a downstairs toilet and large kitchen that has dining space snd can be used as a second sitting room. The garden is medium sized. Two fairly sized rooms and one box room. We have double glazed windows and central heating. The house does need some TLC but has a lot of potential. I really need to move due to lack of space and health reasons. The neighbours are lovely and never had a problem. If the house was bigger I would stay. The house is situated in a lovely quiet close. We are close to everything and also other wards. We are close to shops, doctors, dentist, schools and bus stops. I’m based in Moseley but very close to other wards such Hall green, Kingsheath and Sparkhill. It takes me five minute in a car to Shirley. Looking for areas such as kingsheath, Edgbaston, Hallgreen, Shirley, Shelly Oak, Harborne and Erdington. But possibly open to other areas.
