My secure tenancy council home is in "Posh" Highgate N6. Just 4 minutes walk from Highgate Village with plenty of public transport links & Highgate Tube station a few minutes walk away.Local schools highly sought after.2004's Sean of the Dead zombie movie was filmed across the road!!![Girlfriend's flat scene].Slight issue with parking as fewer spots than tenants but no parking permit required due to this situation.Lots of trouble at the block UP UNTIL JULY 2019, [In case you're checking Crime Stats] but, that problem was EVICTED.Much more peaceful now!.My move is just to be closer to elderly relative on south coast. My flat is a small (ground floor) 2 bedroom place with large living room.But it is the largest sized/shaped flat of the block as it is an end flat.{Other flats are smaller still !!.}Kitchen has newest type boiler installed!. I'll consider any type property 1-2 bedroom.But would prefer council property.
