1 Bedroom ground floor flat based in Lyme Regis. The flat has it's own parking space on the side of property as its an end terrence. there is only 1 flat above you it is not a purpose built block. The bedroom is a good size. It is an open plan kitchen and living space and it is a good size. The bathroom has a bath and shower over bath and it is clean. There is also a clock room which i use as a wardrobe as well and its a good size. The housing association is called Abri! they use to be Yardlington which is based in Yeovil but Abri is also based in Eastleigh Hampshire. They are quite strict regarding painting and decorating, as we are only allowed to either Magnolia or White. The property is only about 4 or 5 years old. I have Stoned the small front garden and as for the back I have stoned along the back window as it does get quite muddy during winter so this helps. I have given permission to the neighbour above to use the garden and to be honesty he has dug this over and re-grassed it
