Serious exchange- I have a 2 bed house in a quiet courtyard with lovely neighbors in Evesham , Worcestershire wr11 4ad own car parking bay , small front and back gardens . Central heated and double glazed - small kitchen but room for fridge freezer washing machine cooker , kitchen is due to be done by council soon - average living room - porch- bathroom recently been done by council , toilet upstairs in average bathroom with bath and shower over bath - one double bed room and second bedroom bit bigger than a box bedroom which I have double bed in. It is 3 minutes walk to the small town center therefore everything need on your doorstep - plenty of country walks by rivers etc and a lovely part of the world . I would like to exchange to a 2 bedroom house or bungalow only in burham on sea only - can arrange for me to view on any Wednesday and a viewing of our place can be arranged for any day .
