I have a ground floor, disabled friendly (wetroom, no steps, grab rails) flat in a 55+ complex in the outskirts of Swansea (10mi from city centre); perfect for access to both Swansea, The Gower Peninsula (local river feeds the north estuary of the Gower), Carmarthen and West of Wales (Tenby, Pemrbroke, etc..) Within roughly a 1h drive of pretty much most "touristy" places you'd ever want to visit in Wales. I've listed Northampton as it's pretty much Central England, and can't pick a wider area... but I'm really not looking for anything specific I only have a few things that would have to be a match so I could move: 1, your either Over 55, or interested in moving more central to Swansea (my carers flat - no steps, but not wet room sorry) 2, You've got a 2 bedroom property, looking to downsize (as both me and my carer will be moving together) 3, Your property is no steps (or very few - as in 1 or 2), and has a disabled friendly shower + toilet + bedroom on the ground floor.
