My current home is a lovely 3 bedroom house, it has both a front and back garden and is also local to all shops, public transport, schools, dentists, gps. It is all tiled modern throughout downstairs along with a feature tiled wall, in immaculate condition and well looked after, I have lived here 12 years now. I am looking to move to Allerton, wavertree, I may consider other areas. my daughters secondary years will start before we know it so now seems like the right time to look and see what is about and hopefully find a matched homeswap given time. I am looking for more space due to family size so I couldn't accept anything less than a 3 bedroom but a 3 or 4 bedroom is more ideal.
