Conveniently located close to shops and amenities with parking area outside apartment. I am a disabled person looking to swap for a 3 bedroom house as I cannot live independently anymore. Grangetown is my first choice but I am open to other areas in Cardiff like Cardiff Bay, Riverside, Canton, Butetown, Splott etc.
