Hi, is any looking to downsize to a studio/small 1 bed ground floor flat located in the heart of Catford, London, SE6. Looking to swap to a bigger place, ideally a 1 bedroom flat in Lewisham borough, London. Don't mind either council or housing association. It is classed as a studio because the front room and kitchen are combined together into one room but there is a separate bedroom. Rent is £86.68 a week. Before I moved in, L&Q housing association renovated the entire flat and I have been here for two years. My tenancy is an assured tenancy.
